Heart Healthy Atoms During the Month of February

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021—Throughout the month of February Utica Academy of Science high school challenged its students, faculty and staff to participate in heart healthy activities, such as exercising and eating nutritious foods in collaboration with the national Go Red for Women campaign. During the month, Atoms learned about the importance of being heart healthy by fueling our bodies with nutrient rich foods, drinking plenty of water and cardio exercise. We hope the healthy habits learned in February will propel everyone into a successful March and beyond.
